A space where real conversations happen

EDT&Partners and Cooley LLP, are delighted to bring SHINE to ASU+GSV Summit this year. What started as small, informal gatherings has grown into something with its own identity and momentum, and we couldn't think of a better place to continue that.

SHINE is a gathering for women across the education ecosystem to connect, reflect, and have the kind of honest conversations that don't always happen in the margins of a conference. It's a space designed around career progression, well-being, and the realities of professional life, built on the belief that these rooms matter and should exist more than once.

At the first SHINE of 2026, held at Bett in London, over 100 women filled the room at the Royal Air Force Club and turned it, almost instantly, into a supportive, honest, and generous community. The fireside conversation sparked exactly the kind of dialogue we'd hoped for, but just as powerful were the 1:1 moments, the small group conversations, and the stories shared throughout the evening. It confirmed something we already believed: spaces like this shouldn't be one-off moments.

We hope SHINE continues to grow, with members of the community carrying it forward wherever women come together to learn, share, and support one another.
